Maclaren Stroller users: what is the basket size like?
I have a Bugaboo Cameleon now. I like that I can fit two paper shopping bags underneath full of things in the storage bag underneath. I need to get rid of it because I underestimated how annoying it was to unfold it and take it on the bus, and I need to look into another brand entirely becasue my husband isn’t excited about the price of the Bee either since its new and used ones are hard to find (we got the Cameleon on craigslist for reeeealllly cheap).
I’m thinking about a Maclaren because it folds up and can be swung over my shoulder. But I have no idea what the bag storage underneath is like (I’ll try one on for size at a retailer later on in the week, but for now I’m just curious what other people have to say.)
So, are the Maclaren storage baskets useful or useless for carrying more than a diaper bag?
I’ve got a maclaren umbrella stroller. I don’t have a bugaboo but have seen that the basket is large. I’d say the maclaren is half its size. I believe it holds 4 lbs (which isn’t much) but other than that its a great lightweight easy to transport stroller that accommodates larger kids (small ones too)
Useless, mine won’t hold a diaper bag.
we put a sippy cup, snack, single diaper, and small pack of wipes in it that’s about it.
