Newborn Stroller

Best stroller for a newborn and 2 1/2 year old?

We are expecting our second daughter in August and am wondering what type of stroller people with a newborn and toddler use. There are so many to choose from, and we would appreciate any feedback experienced parents of more than one child can give. Thanks for all your help!

It depends for how long you think your oldest child will use the stroller-I’ve used a Graco Quattro tour when my daughter was born-my son was also 2 1/2.

PROS: You can place a carseat in the back seat while your oldest is in the front
It’s roomy so if you have a big kid it suits perfectly since it doesnt have a tray but just cup holders at the sides-

CONS: It’s very heavy, hard to steer, and for whatever reason it works better if the older child is on the back seat -but it defeats the whole purpose of having a back seat that reclines!

So I ended up selling it-it was just too heavy with two children in it!! And got a Chicco Trevi twin-I got it from Babies R us but now it seems they dont have it-but here’s the website :

Pros: Light weight, BOTH seat recline, so BOTH kids can have a nap if tired, suitable for newborns,
easy to steer, comfortable ride, it’s not too wide so it’s great for the mall etc

CONS: You cant put an infant carseat on it can fit a carseat in it-and it’s still not heavy!! As a Single Stroller is one of the best strollers in the market it has now been made a double!

Look there’s a new Chicco Stroller where yo

So my advice: Get the Chicco or a Maclaren Twin
